"You've heard of the massive success of the book "Eat, Pray, Love". Now the upcoming book by Lindsey Lohan "Don't Eat, Pills, Love"." - Me circa 2010
I made this at a time when I didn't have as much sympathy for those that get chewed up and spit out by a ravenous for profit industry that rarely respects the artist side they depend on. I think this painting is more about the industry (the creature in the plate of food) than Lohan herself, but I would perhaps paint this differently these days. That being said, it's still a sweet painting when it's all said and done.
