a slow loris taking a slow stroll through the surreal version of Denver. This painting was inspired by watching all these adorable videos of slow lorises being stroked and petted ever so gently as they hold tiny umbrellas. And the background is a variation of a picture of a parking lot in Denver Colorado that I took. This painting was also completed at a time when I was looking for a slightly new approach to backgrounds. So as you can tell I was experimenting a bit.

The creature does mess with me some but I like the style and I the background just helps bring it all in form I feel like. I just like the style it feels positive.
